Description: Learn how to work safely with an assortment of woodworking tools. Learn about woodworking projects that Cub Scouts can do with adult preparation. This course demonstrates and intensive, safe use of hand, portable and stationary tools will introduce the student to the woodworking field. Also covered are the various properties of wood, such as species, types, grain direction and defects.
